One of the things that sets Indian coffee apart from other coffees is its unique growing conditions. The country's varied geography and climate make it ideal for growing a variety of coffee beans, including Arabica and Robusta.

Arabica beans, which are known for their mild, nuanced flavor, are grown in the Eastern Ghats mountain range, which runs along the eastern coast of India. These beans are hand-picked and sun-dried, which helps to preserve their delicate flavor.

Robusta beans, on the other hand, are grown in the central and southern regions of India, and are known for their bold, robust flavor. These beans are typically grown at lower elevations, and are harvested using traditional methods.

Another aspect that sets Indian coffee apart is the traditional method of processing the coffee beans. Many Indian coffee farmers use the "wet method" of processing, which involves removing the outer layers of the coffee cherry and then allowing the beans to dry in the sun. This method helps to preserve the unique flavor of the coffee, and is considered to be one of the best ways to process coffee beans.

India is also known for its coffee plantation, which is a way of life for many farmers. These plantation are not only the source of income but also a way to conserve biodiversity.
